• Its Contact Center Division has provided innovative solutions to over 200 customers including Fortune 500 companies and various governments. It also provides a software as a service (SaaS) capability to its customers.
• Its Networks Division provides cost control and intelligent network solutions to over 15 carriers and service providers worldwide.
